- The coolCDs logo will be displayed at the top of every page.
The color scheme will consist of silver and several shades of blue.
The layout will consist of a top and bottom navigation bar; the
main page will be divided into 3 columns. The left column will contain
a customer login and it will show case the most popular music cds.
The middle section will be the widest and show case the current
top cds, then music videos and then industry news (this can be personalized
for information on local artists). The right column will be equal
in width to the left and display a user survey with advertising
space located below the survey.
- The top navigation bar will include a drop down list box containing
the different music genres, a general search box and a link to an
advanced search. The shopping icon and the number of items in the
cart will be displayed right of center. The coolCDs logo will
be located on the upper left side and the upper right side will
consist of two images approximately 30 x 30 pixels in size. Links
to the following will also be displayed; Account, Order History,
mycoolCDs, Help and Wish List. To be consistent this bar will
be displayed on every page.
- The bottom navigation will include another general search form.
It will also contain the following links; Home, About, Shopping
Cart, Account, Customer Service, mycoolCDs, Help, Privacy Guarantee,
Terms and Conditions, and a Site Map.

- This is a customized page based on the order history and the
preferences of the customer. New customers will be asked to select
their favorite music genre. This page will contain recommendations
and information on new album releases.

- The customer will be taken to a product thumbnail page once they
have selected a product category.
- When they click on a thumbnail image, they will be taken to a

- This page contains customer profile information and their order
history.
- Customers can update their account information such as billing
address and e-mail address. Customers can also get details on their
pending orders such as order status, order details and how to return
items.

- Customers can Search by Artist Name, Album Title, Song Tile, Music
Video Title, or CD players.
- Customers can also do an Advance Search for CD’s only. Customers
will be asked to provide Artist Name, Album Title, Song Title, Record
Label or Year of Release. Customers can enter all or partial information.

- Shopping Cart
- Shopping Cart Page
Products that have been selected will be displayed in the shopping
cart. Each product will include a description, unit cost, quantity,
subtotal and link to remove the item from the shopping cart. The
shipping cost, sales tax and the order total will be displayed on
the payment page. This page will have a "Check Out" button,
a continue shopping link and a button to update the product quantities
and subtotals. The link for this page will be displayed as a "shopping
cart" icon.
- Check Out Page
If the customer is not logged in they will be redirected to a login
page where they will have the option to sign in or create a new
account. The check out page is a web form for entering the billing
and shipping information. The customer will have the option to enter
a new billing address or update an existing billing address. Each
account can have multiple shipping addresses that can be updated
from this page.
- Payment Page
The shopping cart is finalized on this page. The shipping costs,
taxes and a final order total are displayed here. Customers also
enter their credit card information here. They can either enter
a new credit card or use an existing card that is on file with coolCDs.
The new credit card maybe used for the current transaction or it
can be saved as the default credit card for that customer.
- Receipt Page
Displays an invoice for the customer that is formatted for printing.
An email confirmation of the order is also sent from this page.

This page asks for users' name and password to login their account
when they want to check out. It also gives the option to register
if you are a new user.
- Registered User
After the returning user provides correct user name and password.
This page confirms that the user has logged in successfully. And
then redirect user to shopping page.
- New User
As a new user, this page will provides the chance for him/her to
create his/her own profile to and get a user name and password by
redirecting user to the user profile page.
- User Profile Page
This page will asks user to put his/her information like: name,
email address, phone number, mail address to build up his/her personal
profile on this website.
